Wildfire CE: Prevention of natural disasters in border areas

Natural disaster such as wildfires don’t stop at borders but available civil protection resources as well as preventive measures are organized on national levels. This shortcoming is addressed by the Interreg Central Europe project Wildfire CE, which aims to promote and strengthen cross-border and interdisciplinary risk management approaches. The project is led by the Saxon State Ministry of Regional Development and includes further partners from Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Austria and the Czech Republic. core-consult is subcontracted to support the consortium as External project and financial management.
