A historical tale told through light and sound spectacle

On 29.10.2021, the “Light and Sound” performance took place in the Polish support area. The Hall of the Forum cinema in Bolesławiec was turned into a stage for a historical performance. Using laser techniques, the participants were taken on an interactive journey on the trail of the Napoleonic campaign. The event started at 6:30 p.m. Through a combination of elements of image, light and sound, the Museum of Ceramics told the story of the old times. Thanks to the use of, among others, modern laser technology, the interactive show was an opportunity to present the knowledge about the past of the region in an unconventional way. During the show, a number of places marked on the history of the entire Europe at that time were presented. Admission to the event was free, however, the number of seats for the audience was limited due to the COVID19 pandemic. The event was held in the framework of the activities under the project „1000 Jahre Oberlausitz – Menschen, Burgen, Städte“.
