Training for fire workers to fight fires of pv modules and electric cars

Fire fighters from Löbau and the District of Lubań were invited to participate in a joint training and exercise to combat fires of electric cars and photovoltaic installations. The participants learned about the main causes of fires, how to address dangers of electic shocks, and appropriate fire combating strategies. In addition, a workshop was conducted to outline how new technologies should be addressed in future in civic protection cross-border cooperation.
